Colleen Bedore

Client Advocate

"Quality remains long after the price is forgotten". – Bill Callahan

Colleen Bedore likes to see her clients succeed. She likes it even better if she can be an active part of their success. As someone who strives every day to create happiness among those around her, Colleen is not only a compassionate person, but also one who has striven to build the skills necessary to make sure she always has the answer to every problem that might get in the way of her clients’ peace of mind.

Colleen’s empathetic nature and ability to listen to all sides of a problem have made her an excellent communicator and problem solver, someone who can bring all hands to the table to work out the best solution. As a virtual assistant, she’s able to listen to what her client needs and come to an understanding with both the other people on the team as well as the resources available. At the end of the day, she always hits on a solution that everyone is pleased with – most of all her client.

A personal interest in her clients makes Colleen more interested in ensuring their happiness in the workplace. Instead of simply seeing every problem as a black-and-white business issue, Colleen is able to see when her clients need solutions that work with their personalities as well as their business habits. With Colleen by their side, her clients have come to fully realize how much their work can suit them, and that means they feel more engaged and ready to succeed every day.

Colleen earned her A.A.S degree at Onondaga Community College in Syracuse, New York, and has attained proficiency in American Sign Language working with CNY in Aurora. During this time, she published "After the Fall", which showcased the artwork and poetry of people with traumatic or acquired brain injuries.

Her years in Transitional Living Services as a program assistance taught her the value of building strong relationships with people and leveraging those relationships for great communication. She served as a liaison between State Regulations and her agency, as well as working with financial records, service coordinators, the incident review committee, client forums, and IT. With Dave Ball Chevrolet, she garnered serious management and customer service chops while managing the rental fleet, training new service writers, and handling client complaints.

Clients choose Colleen’s services when they need someone who understands who they are on a personal level to really help them shine on a professional level. Colleen makes both personal and professional excellence seem effortless.
