Considering the recent financial crisis and the many companies who floundered after it, you’d think that any financially-oriented assistant would be going insane by now. Not Holly Kile. With her cool head and chameleon-like ability to adapt to any situation, she’s managed to be an enormous boon to every single one of her clients – and to lead them out of their financial troubles with smart analysis and helpful insight.

With a long list of extremely varied clientele, Holly has proven over and over again that she can walk into a new company and be quickly abreast of the situation, the practices, and the software she needs to keep everything running smoothly – as well as improve the status quo. Holly prides herself on making a note of information that may be useful to other departments and sharing it whenever possible. That way she isn’t just doing her own work to the best of her ability; she’s also helping the entire company get more efficient and more profitable.

Far from requiring micro-management, Holly is always aware that her clients deserve the very best of her performance. That’s why she spends so much time not just performing her given duties, but working to analyze the systems she works with to improve them. Holly likes to say she isn’t just task oriented, performing the job in front of her; she’s business oriented, performing the job the needs doing.

Holly spent several years as the owner of her own company, Healthcare Business Solutions, which explains how she came to realize the value of being a linchpin in any business. Her skills include billing and coding, medical office management, revenue cycle management, human resources, marketing, training, and corporate compliance. Previously, she provided financial assistance at Savannah Rheumatology Associates, and is currently earning her degree in Healthcare Management at South University in Savannah, Georgia.

Holly finds time to lend her eagle eye and analytical skills to organizations in her community, including Women on the Move of First City, Pooler Chamber of Commerce Ambassador’s Council, and NuBarter Ambassador Committee. She serves as Chair on the Board of Women on the Move and is the VP of Finance at Maggie’s Morning School.
