Jean Leeper’s driven dependability, dedication and transparent honesty offer strong confidence to clients and allows her to manage their tasks and duties with the highest degree of care and diligence.

Jean strives to give her full attention to each client need, knowing that focus results in the best job. She does more than meet client expectations; she exceeds them. Working hard to anticipate client needs, Jean often has the answers ready for questions she knows her clients will ask. And if she doesn’t have the answer? She does whatever it takes to find it.

A graduate of the Business Careers Institute in Greensburg, PA, Jean earned an Associates Degree in Executive Secretarial & Accounting.

She has also served nine years as a bookkeeper, performing monthly bookkeeping, payroll and other accounting services for a wide variety of clients. Jean also has work experience with a public accounting firm, as well as a religious organization and a non-profit group.

In addition to her excellent bookkeeping skills, Jean has experience including office staff supervision, computer network management and accounts payable and receivable functions.

Jean’s technical knowledge proves useful to clients, as well. She has a working knowledge of computer network systems and easily manipulates software programs such as Quickbooks, Easy Act and the Microsoft Office suite.

All told, Jean has more than 20 years of office management experience – and that lets her provide clients with stellar service.

Working with clients to establish a streamlined organizational process, Jean provides the utmost accuracy and quality for her clients. Her sharp focus and strong skills enable clients to delegate tasks easily with peace of mind so they can get down to what matters most: running their business.
