Perfection is not an aspiration you hear often, perhaps because it would be daunting to anyone with a lesser work ethic than Kristin Payne. This virtual assistant works hard to make sure there’s nary a flaw in her work, no matter how hard the client may try to find one. After awhile, we’re pretty sure you’ll quit looking. Kristin takes perfectionism seriously.
As a virtual assistance, Kristin handles all aspects of business administration, including accounting, management, customer service and sales. Having run her own business for many years, Kristin is well acquainted with the many details that make a company run more smoothly and efficiently, and she gladly brings those skills to bear for her clients.
A natural leader, Kristin is fully capable of self-directing and managing herself, even when she is new to a company’s way of doing business. She enjoys challenges and strives to apply her own knowledge and experience to any problems that arise to find better solutions for her clients. You’ll never find Kristin wanting when a twist in proceedings calls for a willing volunteer to spearhead a new strategy. She loves to learn and she is quick to assimilate new ideas and skills.
Kristin will have earned her Associate of Arts degree in Paraprofessional Education from the University of Phoenix in May of 2010, an aspiration that polished and perfected the many skills she acquired as the head of her own company, Usborne – Books Kids Love. As owner, she multi-tasked to an astonishing degree, managing to schedule and arrange online e-shows and home parties for her products as well as handling all the managerial aspects of running a business. Somehow she also found time to put in volunteer work with Girl Scouts of America, and has received awards for Outstanding Leader, Outstanding Volunteer, and Leadership Development.
Kristin also has experience designing and maintaining websites, and she can easily put those skills to good use for clients who need a sound virtual assistant to monitor their online presence. Social media is another of her myriad skills, and her loyalty and quickness to adjust and become a solid part of any company make her an excellent candidate for web work.
With a wonderful demeanor and a cheerful personality, Kristin’s excellent people skills make her a brilliant addition to any team as a virtual assistant. Her clients can attest that working with Kristin is pretty much the closest thing to – dare we say it – perfection.

In her career, Lisa Dargie has regularly had to adapt to changes swiftly without losing her footing. She brings that same deftness of management to her clients at CVA, promptly grasping new circumstances as they arise and making sure none of them interrupt the regular flow of work in the business place.
