Penny successfully obtained an Associate’s Degree in Business Administration from the University of Southern Indiana. She also studied at the PIC Workforce Training Center, took several distance education courses from the University of Phoenix and completed a course in Early Child Development and Day Care Management from the Stratford Career Institute.

Her education allows Penny to provide excellent customer service with a positive attitude. She can organize, manage, manipulate, supervise and maintain information for individuals, businesses and companies of any size.

What Penny enjoys most is the ability to apply her training and skills effectively to help other people in very important ways. She manages each of her Contemporary VA clients’ projects with loyal dedication to the highest standards of quality.
