Antoinette (Toni) Simoni isn’t one to turn down a challenge. Her never-say-never attitude and initiative create an environment in which others can shine. Toni believes that hard work and an energetic mindset create the conditions for success. She takes on any task, large or small, with energy and determination.

She began at Contemporary VA in the role of Executive Assistant to the CEO, Heather Villa, Toni’s experience and skills contributed so greatly to the success of the business that she was promoted to General Manager of CVA after 14 months.

A rich and diverse work history spanning two decades gives Toni a wealth of knowledge and experience from which to draw. She’s worked for a legal office, a construction business, a technical school and a real estate firm, running the gamut of positions from administrative assistant to bookkeeper to manager. These varied positions and diverse experience give her a fluency that provides her with unique insight into the inner workings of any company.

Toni’s dedication to quality has been recognized on a number of occasions. She earned recognition for creating and implementing an adult program within the City of Pittsburgh School District MAP program. In addition, her insights were featured in the City of Pittsburgh School District’s publication.

Toni knows exactly what a business needs to succeed, and she applies that knowledge every minute of her day. She’s able to self-manage and self-motivate, and excels with a team, using a spirit of leadership and management to achieve results. Always willing to learn new skills to improve, Toni is a true asset.
