Even More Ways a VA Can Save Your Sanity

Overwhelmed

One of the hardest things to do as a business owner is to rely on someone else to help your business run. So when you become overwhelmed and decide you need help then it may still be hard to decide if having a VA is right for you. Think about the five tasks that you spend most of your day doing. Think about the ones that you may not like the best. Your VA can handle those for you. We are trained in broad areas and with a whole team of VAs you can rest assured that we have your needs covered. For example…

I have a client whose two main focuses are website maintenance and marketing. She isn’t all that technically inclined and gets easily intimidated by doing the website portion of the tasks, but she’s great at marketing. She currently has four different websites going at once and it doesn’t take much for her to get overwhelmed. So we work together, she handles the marketing part of her business and I make sure that all the videos are uploaded to the website and that it’s all functioning properly.

She loves the fact that she can do the things she enjoys and not have to worry so much about the things she doesn’t. She likes seeing different websites and saying, “Can you do that?” She’s always thrilled when I tell her, “Sure we can!” It also makes her feel great knowing that with CVA she not only gets me, but a whole team. Since we have a diverse group of VAs with many skill-sets, we can handle almost any task we’re given. So even if a particular task isn’t one of my strong points, she can feel confident knowing that the job can still be accomplished. It’s like getting a buffet of VAs.

I’ve also worked hard to build a personal relationship with my client so that she trusts and values my opinion. If there is a new idea she wants to try or a new software program she’s interested in,  she always asks what I think. So what are you waiting for?  Wouldn’t it be great to actually enjoy the summer ahead knowing that you don’t have to worry about every aspect of your business and that things will get done? Who knows, you may actually get to take that vacation to the beach this year! Don’t put it off another minute, meet our team and pick out your rock star VA today!
