Being a Client Advocate I enjoy working with my clients, making sure their time with CVA is the best experience they’ve ever had with a Virtual Assistant. The Client Advocate team at CVA is far more than Customer Service. We work to help our clients use their time with CVA in the most effective manner. We help you grow your business.
Often clients come to CVA with a vision and a vague plan, seeking assistance in growing their business, lists, and revenue. With the help of the Client Advocate team, that can become a reality. We work with clients one-on-one to provide a plan that will help them achieve what they desire and see their business grow.
Recently, I worked with a client who was not pleased with her page rank and the amount of website traffic she received. We scheduled a strategy call to determine the client’s goals and what was needed to make them a reality. We delved into her site and social media platforms and realized that while she did have an active personal Facebook profile, her business pages had not been tended to recently.
We developed a comprehensive blogging and social media plan to get her site noticed by Google, increase her page ranking, and utilize her social media fans and followers to increase her traffic. A full-blown blogging schedule was implemented along with a regular posting schedule for her social media platforms. Previously, she had only managed three blog posts in four months. But after implementing the new plan with fresh content, not only were two to three blogs posted each week, but by utilizing her Virtual Assistant she didn’t have to write them all herself! She was able to see the increase in traffic she desired and increase her list size.
This is just one of the ways that the Client Advocate team works to help our clients achieve their goals and grow their business. We firmly believe that when our clients succeed, we succeed. I strive each day to make my clients goals my own goals, which I’m determined to reach.

Almost every business has a website now days, even small businesses in small towns. Businesses that have been around for several years or more often have had their websites up and running for many years. However, technology is constantly changing and as new competitors join the older businesses online, they may surpass their predecessors with new sites that are more eye-catching and designed to be quicker and easier to use, leaving those pioneers behind in the dust. If your business is one of these pioneers and your website has had the same basic design for years, it may be time for an overhaul.

Marketing by definition is the act or process of promoting a product or service.
Traditionally, marketing has been associated with print ads, commercials and radio spots. But in the last decade, with the advancements in technology and electronic devices, traditional marketing mediums are being replaced by emails blasts, online ads and QR codes.
All of the above marketing methods will definitely get your business name, product or service in the face of the masses. But there is one invaluable, intangible marketing method that carries more weight than all the others combined, and that’s word of mouth marketing.
Why, you ask?
